Who's responsible

Dystopia Promotions ([organiser full names], Manchester, UK) is the controller of the personal data collected when you buy a ticket. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

• Name and email: to issue your ticket, send order and event updates, and check you in on the door (to fulfil our contract with you).
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We only see the last four digits and card type.
• Marketing: we'll only email you about future shows if you tick the box to opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run ticketing: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (ticket emails), and our self-hosted ticketing system based in the UK. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for accounting purposes. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us to do so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
